    We are planning to go to Chip and Dale's sing along camp fire the last week in October. Can you recommend a restaurant to dine in before the event and what ADR time we would need? Everything seems so far away from that event.

    What a great event and fun evening you have in store for you!

    I think a great option for dinner would be at one of the Magic Kingdom resorts - specifically either the Contemporary or the Wilderness Lodge. Both of these resorts are on a direct ferry route with Ft. Wilderness, so after dinner you can jump on the boat for a short trip over to the campfire.

    At the Wilderness Lodge, our family loves Whispering Canyon. This restaurant features fun antics to keep kids entertained and engaged during the whole meal.

    If you'd like to dine at the Contemporary, Chef Mickey's is a great choice for character dining with Mickey and friends. You can't ever go wrong with the food options here - and the dessert buffet is sure to bring a smile to every kid's face! Another great choice at the Contemporary is the Wave. Featuring sustainable fish and fresh ingredients, this restaurant brings a unique option for dining at the world.

    AND, last but not least, another great buffet option can be found right at Ft. Wilderness: Trail's End. This option is a sure-fire family favorite. A bonus of dining at this resort is that you'll be right at Ft. Wilderness and can enjoy atmosphere of this great resort.

    Regardless which of these resorts you choose to dine at, I recommend on planing on approx. 1 hour for the actual meal and 30 min of travel time to Ft. Wilderness. Since the Campfire usually starts at 7pm during the fall, I think a 5pm reservation would give you plenty of time.
