Hello! We are planning a girls trip of ladies in their 50s and 60s. What restaurants should we go to? Thank you!

Like Peter Pan, I don't see why we have to grow up, Martha! So welcome to planDisney where we stay young-at-heart. I enjoy Walt Disney World Resort visits with my mature mousketeer pals, so let's talk about some fabulous dining experiences you can plan for your next trip. Just think happy thoughts and fly!

My top tip for a ladies' Disney visit is to plan for a day of delectable fun at EPCOT. This park has a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. And if your friends are anything like mine, there's always time for a spin on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

If your group of gals is craving a table service meal, one of my favorite spots is Rose & Crown Dining Room. Ask to eat on the open-air deck overlooking the lagoon, and your group will be in for a treat! This restaurant has a pub area with a full bar for anyone who wishes to imbibe, and the Savory Impossible Hot Pot is my go-to meal.

EPCOT has various festivals throughout the year, so if you plan a visit in the fall, you can stroll around the World Showcase and sample cultural bites from around the globe during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. You'll find small plates and fun drinks galore at the food booths.

Finally, for an out-of-this-world nightcap, I recommend Space 220 Lounge. Your group will be whisked 220 miles above Earth to enjoy drinks and tapas in a space station. And you won't even need pixie dust to fly that high!

Remember to make dining reservations up to 60 days before you arrive to have the best selection of restaurants, but you really can't go wrong!

Martha, I know you'll make magical memories with your friends when you visit. Let me know when you go because I might stow away in your suitcase! Please stop by planDisney anytime. You can find us at the second star on the right and straight on till morning.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
