We are planning on getting one day passes as opposed to the hopper and weren't planning on doing Epcot this time. My question is with Akershus being in Epcot can we just go in to do the character dining or do you need to use a ticket to get into the park?

Hi, Kristen!  If you have dining reservations at any restaurant inside of a theme park, you will need a theme park pass to access the restaurant.  Admission is required to the theme park in order to dine at any of the theme park's restaurants.

If you are looking to specifically dine with some of the princesses, you could see about a reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table if you plan to be at the Magic Kingdom instead of EPCOT.  You can also usually see Cinderella at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian for dinner.

I hope that helps with your planning!
