Planning on getting the DDDP, can make ADRs on December 5. Should most or all of the restaurants be listed that r on the plan then? Please list the restaurants that require credit cards even though have DDDP. Y do you need to give credit card if have DDDP?

    Hi Nicholas!

Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World! You are going to love the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan (DDDP)!

The DDDP Brochure is up-to-date with all of the restaraunt that are included on the DDDP. The DDDP includes three meals and two snacks per person, per night of your package. You are correct that some of the restaurants require a credit card to hold the reservation. However, your credit card will not be charged. The credit card is simply used to guarantee the reservation.  Credit Card Guarantees are required for signature and character dining locations to prevent last minute cancellations and no shows. The credit card will only be charged if the reservation is not cancelled within the allotted timeline (usually 24 hours prior to the meal) or if the guest doesn't show for for the reservation. The card will then be charged $10 per person.

Since the number of restaraunt requiring a credit card guarantee are subject to change, and often do, I'd rather refer you to the the disneyfoodblog dot com, which has a full listing, rather than list it here.

You can also ask the Cast Member at 407-WDW-DINE when you book your ADR.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
