We are planning our first trip to WDW in May 2009!!! My daughters are HUGE fanatics of the Gummi Bears and they have been asking if they will see them when we arrive....is there anything at WDW relating to these characters? Thanks!!!

I had to do some searching to find out what you what you were referring to and uncovered a TV series with which I was unfamiliar: "Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears, " which ran for several years in the late 1980s. I understand that the series has been released on DVD, which I'm guessing is where your daughters saw the show.

I'm sorry to tell you that there are currently no character greeting areas devoted to the Gummi Bear characters. I personally have never seen anything related to this show in the parks. To be absolutely sure that you're not missing something, you could stop by the guest relations office at any of the theme parks. Ask them to call the "character hotline" for you. They will be able to tell you with certainty whether any of your favorite characters will be appearing in the parks at any time during your visit.
