Planning first trip & trying to stay on budget. How can we get fresh fruit and snacks to our room. We are using shuttle service from the airport, so no stopping. Are there stores in the resorts to buy these kinds of items? What do you recommend?

    Hi Kimberley,

At most Disney Resorts you'll find fruit and snacks such as doughnuts, chips and cookies for sale but if you're planning on buying quite a lot of food it may be more cost effective to use a shopping website such as www.gardengrocer.com They have a wide range of goods for sale and for a minimal delivery charge deliver your supplies to your Disney Resort.

Another great idea when on a budget is to buy a refillable mug at your Disney Resort. For roughly $13 you can get free refills of soda, coffee etc for your whole trip, you can even share them to save more money.

    Have a great trip,

    Jo
