Hi, planning our first trip in a short two months! Our 6 year old would love to dine with Cinderella but I've heard they get booked up 6 months in advance. Any options? Thanks.

Hi Christine! Dining in the castle at Cinderella's Royal Table used to be impossible if you didn't make a reservation six months in advance, but that's generally not the case now. Cinderella's Royal Table offers dining with the princesses for breakfast, lunch, and dinner so there are plenty of opportunities to meet your favorite royals in the Castle. I recommend that you click here or call 407-WDW-DINE to see if reservations are available during your vacation.

If you really want to dine inside Cinderella's Castle, be persistent. Because the restaurant has a cancellation policy with a credit card guarantee, many guests will cancel reservations a few days before, so last-minute openings do occur.

If you're unable to make a reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table, you can usually meet Cinderella at other spots too. She appears nightly with Prince Charming at the 1900 Park Fare buffet in the Grand Floridian. Also, she's often one of the princesses appearing at Akershus in Epcot -- my daughter and I saw her there during our princess breakfast last month.

Have a magical first vacation to Walt Disney World! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We're happy to help!
