    I am planning our first trip in February 2009. Right now, I cannot book our trip online. From everything I read, I need to make some reservations like the BB Boutique and character dining 190-180 days in advance. How can I if I cannot book our trip?

    Just pick up the phone and call Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE. You do NOT need to have your room reservation set to make dining reservations. The dining reservationist may ask you where you'll be staying at WDW. Simply tell her that you don't know yet and proceed with making your reservations.

    You're right that you will have a MUCH greater chance of securing the reservations you want if you call Disney Dining at your first possible opportunity.
