Hi! We are planning our first trip EVER to Disney for September w/our 2 yr old. Driving down we'll likely arrive hours before check in. Will there be accommodations for our bags so that we can enjoy the pool/resort while we wait?

    Hi Chelsea!

Congratulations on your first trip to Walt Disney World! When you arrive make sure to ask a Cast Member for a complimentary "My First Visit" button. You can definitely ask Bell Services at your resort to hold your bags until your room is ready.

Simply check in at Guest Services when you arrive. They will give you your Magic Bands and check you in. You can even give the Cast Member your cell phone number and they will text you when your room is ready.

When your room is ready you can go straight to your room without having to check in with Guest Services again. You can call down to Bell Services to bring your bags up.

Since it's your two-year olds first visit, make sure to go to Magic Kingdom and ride Dumbo, it's a small world and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Your little one will also love character dining, such as at Chef Mickey's (with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald and Pluto) or Crystal Palace (with Winnie the Pooh).

Also check out the Disney for Little Ones Guide on the Walt Disney World website.

    Magically,
    Stacy
