Hi! Planning my first trip to Disney. I am wondering if "Counter Service" and "Quick Service" is the same thing? We have booked our vacation thru our Dance studio and our package comes with one meal coupon (for counter service) per day.

Hi, Kelly!  Counter Service and Quick Service refers to the same thing.  Basically, this is a meal that you will walk up to the counter and order yourself as opposed to sitting at a table and having a server come to you.

I think you'll be happy with the variety of counter service options available to you at Walt Disney World.  You can get everything from burgers and fries to Japanese food at the quick service locations throughout Walt Disney World!  It's a nice change of pace from the typical chicken nuggets and pizza you might expect at a typical counter service type of place.  Cosmic Rays at the Magic Kingdom and the Sunshine Seasons food court at the Land Pavilion at EPCOT are two favorites with my family.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
