We are planning our first trip to Disney this April! We only have 3 days and want to go to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Should we plan for one park per daynor hop between parks? We will have a 7 and 4 year old along. Thank you!!!

    Dear Christina,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for visiting us with your question about your family's first trip ever! I'm so thrilled to hear you will be bringing your two children with you! You will all have a blast at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Let me give you the best piece of advice, get the Park Hopper Tickets. You do not want to leave Disney's Animal Kingdom out of your plans. Imagine how sad it would be to be there and not be able to go this amazing theme park home to Pandora - The World of Avatar, where your kids will be able to ride on the back of a banshee, navigate the calm but fascinating waters of Na'vi River Journey and just admire the Floating Mountains, both in the morning and at night, which is a completely different experience. They will also be able to ride Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain, Kali River Rapids, Kilimanjaro Safari, DINOSAUR, and so much more!

With a Ticket with the Park Hopper Option, you will have the flexibility to spend part of your day in our park and them hop onto another one for lunch, and maybe stay until it is time to watch the fireworks! Or if you are like me, you can visit all four theme Parks in one day!

Be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app to begin looking at the attractions you want to do as well as the restaurant you want to eat at. This is JUST starting!

Please be sure to come back with more and more question Christina. I'll be hEAR waiting for you!

You now have a friend in me,

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
