Planning a first time trip for Mothers Day. Just my kids and I. They are age 12 and 9. Wondering if if is worth the time to do any character dining? We will only be there for four days and I want them to be able to experience everything

    Hi Lori!

What a wonderful Mother's Day experience to go to Walt Disney World with your kids!

My kids love character dining, so I definitely think it's worth the time. However, check with your kids and see if it's something that they really want to experience. I always have my kids make a list of the top five things they want to see and do at the parks. We then make sure that we hit up those five things. Anything additional is a bonus!

If you do a character dining experience, but have limited time, consider having a character dining experience at a park. Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom is great because you can dine with Winnie the Pooh and friends and then immediately go visit attractions. Another great character dining experience is Donald's Safari Breakfast at Animal Kingdom.

I hope you have a magical trip!

    Magically,
    Stacy
