Planning our first Disney trip 5 day 4 nights at the Caribbean beach. Our plane arrives at 10 am and check in is at 3. What can we do? Will my bags be taken care of?

    Hi Christine,

No worries. I find myself in your situation nearly every time I visit Walt Disney World. I typically take a very early morning flight that gets me to WDW well before my room is ready.

When you get to the hotel, just stop by the front desk to register. Once you do this, you will have all the privileges of being a Disney resort guest. You can set up charging on your MagicBand and you will be able to use the hotel pool and other amenities.

If want to head out to the theme parks right away, just drop your bags off at the Bell Services desk. They'll tag them, give you a receipt, and hold them in a secure location until your return. I've done this dozens of times and never had any problems whatsoever.

You can also arrange for the front desk to send you a text or email when your room is ready (which may be before 3:00). They will also let you know what your room number is.

When you get back to the hotel, you can either pick up your bags yourself or ask Bell Service to deliver them to your room - whichever works best for your needs.

Please let us know if you have additional questions. We're happy to help.
