    We are planning our first Disney Cruise in October 2013. I don't want to pack too much and was wondering if there is any laundry facilities available on board? I want to save room for purchases at the ports!!!

    Congratulations on your first magical voyage onboard Disney Cruise Line!  October is an exciting time to set sail because the ship will be sprinkled with some extra pixie dust with Halloween activities planned for all the ships!  With six cruises under by belt, I've finally gotten the hang of packing just the right amount for my crew!  The ship's laundry facilities are a huge help to not being a member of over-packer's anonymous!  There are several facilities onboard for your convenience.  A load runs around $5.00, and you will only need to swipe your Key to the World Card to pay for your usage.  If you don't want to bring detergent, there are machines for that as well.  Irons and ironing boards are also located in the rooms too!  I like your idea of saving rooms for all your souvenirs! You will definitely be glad once you finish visiting all the ports of call and shops onboard!
