Hi Moms! We are planning a family vacation to WDW in February 2017. We will be traveling with our son who will be 23 mos old at the time of our trip and this is his very first time at WDW. What are some recommendations?

    Hi there Michelle!

How exciting to be planning a Walt Disney World vacation for 2017!  I know you must be super excited for your son to experience the magic of Disney.  I would definitely recommend visiting Magic Kingdom Park, which has so many attractions and shows that your little one will be able to experience. Don't miss Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade or Wishes nighttime spectacular.  I would also recommend Disney's Animal Kingdom Park and Disney's Hollywood Studios for toddlers. At Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, be sure to experience Kilimanjaro Safaris, Festival of the Lion King, taking the Wildlife Express Train to Rafiki's Planet Watch, and The Boneyard, a fun play area built around dinosaur fossils.  My list of must do attractions at Disney's Hollywood Studios includes: Toy Story Midway Mania!, Disney Junior - Live on Stage!, The Great Movie Ride, Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure, and Fantasmic!

Consider booking a Character Dining experience for your son so that he can meet several of his favorite Disney Characters while enjoying a delicious meal. Follow this link to learn more about Character Dining

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please don't hesitate to stop by again with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical trip, Michelle!

    Happy Planning,
