We are planning a family vacation in Florida Nov 30-Dec 2, we have a 14 yr old girl, 13 yr old boy, 11 yr old boy and and a 9 yr old girl. We can only go to one park. Which park would be the best?

Hi, Brenda!  You don't say whether or not you have been to Walt Disney World before, so I am going to make the assumption that this may be your first trip.  If that's the case, I would recommend a visit to the Magic Kingdom!

The Magic Kingdom is my favorite Walt Disney World theme park.  I really believe there is something for everyone there, whether you like the more exciting attractions, like Space and Splash Mountains, or if you are looking for something sweet like a ride on Cinderella's Carousel.  You'll find great entertainment, awesome parades, fantastic fireworks, and even some great dining options.

This is the place to see classic Walt Disney World, in things like Pirates of the Caribbean, the Jungle Cruise, and It's a Small World.  And what a great holiday card you could make with all of you standing in front of Cinderella Castle!

My second choice would be EPCOT.  With attractions to thrill the adventurous, things that appeal to the calmer spirit, the tour of the countries in World Showcase, and during your visit, the EPCOT Candlelight Processional, it would be a great way to spend a day.

If budget allows, you could look into a park hopper option for your pass, and maybe squeeze in a second park.  Although really, you will enjoy a full day of activity with either a visit to the Magic Kingdom or to EPCOT.  Just make sure if you plan on staying a full day at the Magic Kingdom, that Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party does not take place that evening.  This will cut your day a bit shorter.

    Have a great vacation!
