Planning our 1st family vacation to Disney. Trying to decide on the best resort to stay in. Money isnt a problem, Im going all out! Also celebrating my 30th birthday with my children! Any and all suggestions welcome!

Hi Kim! Congratulations on your first vacation to Walt Disney World and celebrating your 30th birthday! There is no better place in the world to celebrate a birthday than Walt Disney World!

I have a few suggestions to make your trip magical!

In regards to the best resort, there are so many wonderful options! Personally, I love the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. The resort is beautifully decorated and it is surrounded by the Seven Seas Lagoon, making you feel that you are in an island paradise.

I absolutely love the spa at Grand Floridian - I had the best massage of my life there! I highly recommend scheduling a massage, manicure or facial while you are there. The dining at Grand Floridian is also divine! For your kids, I recommend the Supercalifraglistic Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare and Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner. For your special birthday dinner, celebrate at Victoria's and Alberts, Disney's Signature Dining experience.

Also, make sure to note on the reservation and all Advanced Dining Reservations that it is your birthday. They always sprinkle Disney magic on the table for the birthday guest.

I hope you have a magical vacation! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else to make your 30th birthday magical!!

    Magically,
    Stacy
