    planning a family trip 12 people + 1 baby. Will use DVC Membership for accommodations. Are there planning tools available for other things like dining, gatherings, other events?

    Hi Richard,

    You are going to have a wonderful trip with your family. I have been planning trips to Disney for so long that there was barely a website available to help with planning. I did everything in a marble notebook. I have upgraded slightly by doing calendar events and notes on my phone.

    That being said there are some planning tools at the Disney website. I have attached the link for you to review.

    One planning tip is to decide ahead of time which events you would like to everyone to attend and figure out how to pay for meals and events. Another tip is to print out your itinerary including meals and gatherings on an index card for everyone to have. Or create a Google document to track items as well. You can share this with your family so they know where to be and when to be there.

    There are also apps for your smart phones which can help with wait times and menus.
