A cruise on the Disney Fantasy sounds like a practically perfect way to celebrate your daughter's high school graduation! I can imagine many special memories will be made during your weeklong celebration on the high seas! I also like to plan ahead when my family cruises with Disney, so I completely understand wanting to get the ball rolling on this important vacation! I have not heard when the remaining 2017 itineraries will be released, but if they follow a similar schedule from past years, it should be soon! Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog along with the Disney Cruise Line Facebook page for the latest news. Usually the dates are announced and the bookings begin in the days following.
