Planning on eating at Chef Mickeys for dinner one night but not sure if we should plan for the day we visit Epcot or H Studios. We will be heading back to the park after we eat if we have time and we really want to see illuminations. Which day is best?

    Nicole,

Honestly, from a transportation standpoint it would be easiest to eat at Chef Mickey's on a day you are visiting the Magic Kingdom.  It is located in the Contemporary Resort, which is closest to MK and a very short monorail ride away.

However, between the two parks you inquired about I would choose Epcot.  The monorail extends to the Epcot park as well, so you can still ride a monorail from Epcot to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC).  There you'll switch over to the Resort Monorail and continue on to the Contemporary Resort.

    Have fun!
