    we are planning an early trip for novemeber. when does wdw give out specials for the free dining plan? on a tight budget for this family of 5 and that would be a big savings?

    Hi Rachel! November is a great time to go! The weather is great, and, depending on your dates, you can even enjoy the fabulous Christmas decorations. The one thing we never know is what deals Disney will be offering and when. There have been some fantastic specials lately, and often they are valid for a long time in advance. My best advice to you is to check the Special Offers page of the Disney World website regularly. And often. Once a great deal comes up, they can fill up quickly, so you don't want to miss out.
