We are planning on doing a luncheon at the FW cabin with 8 resort guests. Will bell services have sufficient room in a refrigerator for a catering order (think sandwich platter) etc.? And how fast will bell services deliver the food once we arrive?

Welcome to planDisney, Adam! October is a great time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort, especially when you are staying at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort! Thanks for sending us your question.

I spoke to a Cast Member who said the front desk/ bell services will be able to hold your order until you are able to pick it up. They will not deliver your order, but I do know that when you order foods/services not affiliated with the resort, you do receive notifications from the business. When you receive the notification that your order has arrived, you may pick it up at the front desk.

When you do get that order to your cabin, you will find that you can store it in your cabin's full-sized refrigerator, complete with a freezer and ice maker. There are plates, cups and silverware in your kitchen. There are a few serving utensils as well as some baking dishes and even a pitcher! You will also have a regular stove with an oven, if there's anything that needs warming.

When you're done enjoying your luncheon, you can put all the dishes in the dishwasher. You will always be provided with plenty of dishwasher soap. My family uses it every time we visit. It's like having all the comforts of home at the "Most Magical Place on Earth!"

Adam, I hope I've been helpful. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It's always our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next vacation!
