We are planning on doing the Fantasmic package. My 4 year old daughter loves Jo Jo so we are planning on Hollywood and Vine for breakfast one day. So, we don't want to do it for the Fantasmic Dinner too. Do you consider Hollywood Brown Derby kid friendly?

Every restaurant at WDW (with the exception of the adults-only Victoria and Alberts) is kid friendly, but some are more so than others. The Brown Derby is one that I would put on the list as questionable for a four year old. Whether I would take her there really depends on her personality.

The Brown Derby is a fabulous restaurant with white table cloths, gourmet food, and an excellent wine list. You will certainly see small children eating there and the staff will probably have coloring pages available to keep your daughter mildly entertained. But there are no characters or other bells and whistles that might be appealing to a preschooler. She will be expected to sit quietly for a relatively long period of time. So, if your daughter is fine being calm in nicer restaurants at home, then I'd say go for it. If she is easily restless and needs to get up and move a lot, then I might look for another option.

    Hope this helps.
