    We are planning our Disney vacation sept. 27 thru oct. 7. Wondering if under the sea- little mermaid attraction will be open by then?

    Hi Stephanie,

    The Disney Parks Blog recently announced that the Little Mermaid attraction will be open in time for "holiday 2012." Unfortunately we don't have any more specific information than that. However, my personal assumption is that "holiday" means something later than early October.

    I'll keep my fingers crossed that I'm wrong and that you get to experience the Little Mermaid ride during your trip.
