    We are planning a Disney Vacation for January 2013. We are going to book a 9 nite / 8 days of tickets with the dining plan. My question is do we get 8 or 9 days worth of food?

    Hi, Jennifer! The Disney Dining Plans are based on the number of nights in your booked package stay.  So, with a nine-night stay, you will receive nine days worth of dining entitlements.  They are valid from the time you check-in until midnight on your check-out day.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
