We are planning a Disney vacation in February 2016 with our 2 girls. We'd like stay at the Art of Animation Resort because of its family suites & large pool. Will it be warm enough to enjoy the pool at that time of year?

    Hi Brynn,

You are getting an early start on your trip planning.  For the Moms here on the panel, we are all about early planning.  By Minnesota standards, it will be warm in Florida in February, but pool weather is another thing.  Average highs are low 70's, but I've been to Walt Disney World in February when it was plenty warm enough to swim.  The bottom line is, you just never know.  Go ahead and pack those bathing suits, though.  Disney resort pools are heated to 82 degrees.  My fellow panelist, Kay B. provided some good advice to another quest inquiring about heated pools.

Since your trip is not until next year, I'm sure you'll have more planning questions.  Please come back and visit us and we'll be happy to help you out.

    Be Magical,

    Leanne T.

Walt Disney captured my heart as a little girl and has not let go since. As a parent and grandparent, I have been to the Walt Disney World Resort with children of all ages, and also as empty nesters. I would like to share my years of experience so that you are able to start your own tradition of Walt Disney World memories, just as I have. Learn More About Leanne
