Hi moms, planning our 1st Disney vac sep 12-19. I would love to book Chef Mickeys for breakfast on the 16th. We are going to MNSSHP on the 15th & staying off loc. What time would you suggest for our Character Breakfast also do we book 90 days ahead

Hi, Roxanne!  If you are going to be attending Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party on the 15th, and staying until the party is over at midnight, I would think you might not be back in your hotel room until about one in the morning.  I don't know how much sleep your family requires, but I know this is one Mommy who would be looking for a few double shots of espresso if I had to get up much before seven or eight.  If it won't eat too much into your day, I'd say you could book a breakfast at around 10 in the morning to give you plenty of time to get up and out the door the morning after such a late night.

If your family is anything like my kids and my husband, who consider themselves members of the Dawn Patrol, it's not such a big deal for them to roll into bed at one o'clock - especially on vacation - and they are raring to go bright and early the next morning.  My husband would have no problem getting the kids out the door for a breakfast by eight o'clock.  After a night at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, an eight o'clock breakfast for me would mean I would still be in my polka dot flannel jammies and my pink fuzzy bunny slippers!  Now that's one thing that's NOT not so scary!

You can book Chef Mickey's 90 days in advance, and I highly recommend that you do.  This is a meal that will fill up quickly, so call early to make sure you get the day and time you want.
