Hello. We are planning a Disney trip from Sept 20-27th of this year. Is there anywhere to meet any of the Disney villains? Thanks!

    Hi Megan,

The best place to meet/see Disney villains is at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.

The dates for the 2014 MNSSHPs have not yet been released (we're expecting this to happen in late April or early May), but in years past there have been several parties in late September.

Again, the exact party 2014 party information is not yet available, but in the past there has been a villains show and/or dance party as part of the MNSSHP. There is usually a performance of some sort on the stage in front of the Castle and then the villains come down to the main hub and greet guests. Lots of fun!

If you can't attend the party, there are some individual opportunities to meet villains. For example, Captain Hook and Cruella DeVile often appear in the Magic Kingdom. And Cinderella's step family appears nightly at the character dinner at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. The best thing to do is stop by any park guest relations office and ask them to call the "Character Hotline" for you. The hotline has information about every character appearance in the parks and resorts. They'll be able to tell you if/when any specific villain will be appearing at the time of your visit.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
