I am planning a Disney trip in April 2020. We would like to stay at the Grand Floridian. What is the best way to reserve two rooms? I can't seem to make it happen online!

    Hi Wendy!

Spring is a wonderful time for a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is an excellent choice and offers world-class dining, elegance and an amazing location. You’re just a boat or monorail ride away from the Magic Kingdom! Or head on over to Epcot for the International Flower & Garden Festival!

If you’d like to book two rooms for the same time frame, you can do either online or by calling. If you are booking a cash room, you can call 1-407-WDW-DISNEY, or if you are a Disney Vacation Club Member booking with Vacation Points, Member Services will be happy to assist you. If booking online, the trick is that you must make two completely separate reservations, rather than trying to book two reservations in the same transaction. Make your first reservation, check out and make the deposit on that reservation. Once that is complete, you then will start again and make your second reservation. When you check-out on the second reservation, you can request adjacent rooms with your first reservation. If booking with Disney Vacation Club, this is the same process and you’ll need to book each reservation separately.

I hope this helps you to get your vacation booked. Please come back and see us with additional questions as you plan your visit, we love to help!
