Welcome aboard, Sonal! I enjoyed every moment as I explored the European ports with Disney Cruise Line last summer and can tell you from first hand experience that you're in for quite a treat! Venice was one of my favorite ports! If you haven't already, check out my
Disney Cruise Line Venice video and the other videos in the European series before you set sail!
The Magic offers both a
Standard Inside Stateroom and a
Deluxe Inside Stateroom. The difference is the size and the location of the staterooms. The standard room is 184 square feet and has a single bathroom. The deluxe room is 214 square feet and features a split bath which is nice for families. You'll have a bath with shower and tub and sink and another bathroom with toilet and sink. No matter where you sail, you'll not want to spend too much time in your room, as you'll be sailing past beautiful locations, and there is always so much going on around the ship. So, choose the one that best fits your budget and needs and you'll be all set!
In Whitecaps, one of the gift stores onboard, you'll find all sorts of toiletries, medicines and other sundries in case you forget something. There are a few snack type things in the gift stores too, most of them Disney themed, but no need to buy snacks there as there are plenty of snack spots on the ship that are included in the cost! Up on the pool deck, you'll find quick service spots as well as Cabanas Buffet and a 24-hour drink station. Plus, 24-hour room service is complimentary, so just pick up the phone if you want a late night snack, Sonal!
Happy planning!
