Planning on a Disney cruise March 31-April 4 2027 4 days Bahamas off Port Canaveral. There will be 16 of us total. 8 adults & 8 children. Needs help with creating a group reservations. Planning on inviting relatives & friends.

    Ahoy, Bibiana,

It's always a magical time aboard Disney Cruise Line, but what makes it even more memorable is having friends and family onboard with you! I'm excited to hear you have plans to set sail with a big crew next year, and I'll be happy to steer you in the right direction as you plan.

If you'd like to book several staterooms, you can do so in a few ways. Your options are online on the Disney Cruise Line website under "Plan a Cruise" then select "Find a Cruise" (up to four staterooms can be booked at once), by calling Disney Cruise Line at 1(800) 951-3532, Monday-Friday 8:00 am-10:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (EST) or by reaching out to an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. By talking with a DCL agent or an authorized planner, they can help with your room selection and choosing an area of the ship that may have more availability if you'd like to find staterooms that are either connecting or close by. They also make sure you all get connected for shared plans. Linking your reservations together once everyone is booked will let the system know you'd like to dine together and book activities together when your booking window opens.

Bibiana, if you book the reservations yourself online, make sure they are all connected. Up to four staterooms can be linked together online or via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.  To link these online, head to "Already Booked," select "My Reservations," then "+Add and Link Reservations." For each stateroom you'd like to link, you'll need the reservation number, the lead Guest's last name, and birthdate. Your other option to link is the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. This can be downloaded to your mobile device to use both at home and on board. To link reservations in the app, select "More" in the bottom-right corner, and then "Add Reservation" to add the last name, birthdate, and reservation number.

I hope I've helped you get started planning your sailing from Port Canaveral next spring. Please feel free to reach out with any further questions you may have about your cruise vacation. We always love to help a fellow cruiser!
