    We are planning on going on a Disney Cruise out of Galveston in December. My question is what kind of weather should we be prepared for? Is it cold the whole time? Do they have heated pools? I don't want to spend all that money and not enjoy it..

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  As one of the Cruise Moms, I'm thrilled to offer my advice along with a little dose of pixie dust to help with your planning!  Having the Disney Magic in your home state of Texas is very exciting!  If I were you, I'd jump at the chance to sail on this glorious ship to the warm and wondrous Caribbean!  You will have to plan on packing your summer clothes because temps typically range from highs in the 80s to lows in the 70s.  It may get breezy on deck when you are navigating the high seas, but a light jacket or wrap will take care of any chill! There are also no worries about the pools onboard because they are heated when the water temperature drops below 75.  

    Cruising is a vacation worth experiencing as the crew brings the magic of Disney to the seas!  The accommodations will far exceed your expectations, the rotational dining will provide the best quality food and service, and the entertainment is astonishing!  If you are planning to travel with children, an entire deck is dedicated to making sure they have the most unbelievable fun!  While they are having the time of their lives, you can enjoy some of the many "Just for Adults" activities onboard.   With all Disney Cruise Line offers, you will definitely feel you spent your money on a vacation that was well-worth it because of the priceless memories that will be created!
