Planning to dine at Crystal Palace breakfast before the park opens, can we do this without magic hours days? Also, I am staying in WDW resort, but not buying tickets through disney (no magic your way), will I still be eligible for the extra magic hours?

Yes. If you have a breakfast reservation at a WDW park before the time that the park opens, you will be allowed to enter regardless of where you are staying. For information related to this, check the post found HERE. You'll be able to enjoy a lovely breakfast before the park is officially open. However, I have to tell you that you won't be able to get much extra magic out of the Extra Magic morning. Extra Magic time in the morning is generally only one hour long. Let's say that you have a Crystal Palace reservation at 8:05 a.m. (the earliest possible), it will take you close to an hour to eat. Even if you're done at 8:45, the park will be opening to all guests at 9:00. So, best case scenario, you're adding about 15 minutes of park time - at most.

    Good luck with your planning.
