Welcome to
planDisney, Roderick, where we love helping Guests like you with answers to their Disney vacation questions. I am so glad that you decided to stop by with your question about theme park tickets. It would be my pleasure to help you as you plan your visit to
Walt Disney World Resort.
I highly recommend you complete a cost comparison between purchasing
5-Day theme park tickets with the Park Hopper option and purchasing 2-Day and 3-Day tickets separately. I do not believe there are any cons to separating your theme park tickets other than the possibility that it will be more expensive when purchased that way. Typically, the more days you include in your theme park tickets, the less the cost is per day.
If you decide to purchase the five days of your theme park tickets separately, you can still
book a vacation package with a Disney Resort hotel stay and theme park tickets. You would need to select the option you want to include in your vacation package, so either the 2-Day theme park tickets with the Park Hopper option or the 3-Day theme park tickets without the Park Hopper option. You can then purchase the days not included in your vacation package separately.
No matter how you decide to purchase your theme park tickets, be sure to make your theme park reservations for each day that you plan to visit the theme parks on the
Disney Park Pass system. I hope you have an unforgettable visit to
The Most Magical Place on Earth!
