We are planning a 4 day visit to Disneyland in April and we are new Imagine Key holders. Since I am only able to book two park reservations for our first two days, does one of the reservations slots open up again once we enter the park on day 1?

    Hello, Jay,

Welcome to planDisney and congratulations on your family's brand new Magic Keys! You're in for a year of magic at the parks and some pretty great discounts and benefits, too.

Your Imagine Key, available exclusively for Southern California residents, will give you admission to the theme park of your choice and the ability to hop between them after 11 a.m. each day, subject to blockout dates and park capacity. As you know, theme park reservations are required in addition to valid admission for each day you plan to visit. If you haven't done so already, you'll want to be sure to review the availability calendar and secure reservations as soon as possible for your upcoming spring trip.

You are correct that Imagine Keyholders can hold up to two theme park reservations at a time, but you can create additional reservations as your current reservations are used or canceled. I'd recommend scheduling the first two days of your visit now, and making a reservation for your 3rd day once you've scanned into the parks on day one. You'll repeat the process once you've redeemed the next reservation to secure your 4th park day. Keep in mind that Magic Key reservations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and not all dates may be available at a given time, even if your pass isn't blocked out. Hopefully, you won't have any issues securing additional reservations and you'll be well on your way to soaking up some springtime magic with your crew.

Your arrival date coincides with the last day of the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival so plan to enjoy some delicious snacks, beverages and enchanting specialty entertainment. You'll also be visiting during Star Wars: Season of the Force so be sure not to miss the galactic fun across the way at Disneyland Park.

I hope this helped, Jay. Please come back and see us again with more planning questions. We're always glad to assist.

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
