Hi Moms!! We are planning to take a 11 day vacation at WDW either in early June or early August. I was wondering which month would be better to go? Thank You!!!

Hi Margaret! Eleven days at Walt Disney World sounds heavenly! I tend to prefer visiting Disney in early June over August, since the temperatures and the crowds tend to be a little lower in early June.

Average daytime temperatures in both June and August hover in the low 90s, but it's a tad cooler in June. Since many children have school until late June, park attendance levels in early June tend to be a little lighter than those in early August when most schools throughout the country are on summer vacation.

If you have Star Wars fans in your family, another perk of visiting in early June is that you can attend the Star Wars Weekend event at Hollywood Studios.

Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
