We are planning our 5 day vacation and are debating if we should add the park hopper option to our package. Would you recommend adding this option since our stay is only five days?

    Hi Ramonna

On our first family trip to Disney my husband and I debated the same issue.  Through our experience we have realized that the park hopper is definitely worth it. There are many advantages to having a park hopper pass.  The greatest advantage is that you have the ability to move from one park to another if the crowds become overwhelming.  Often one park will be much busier than another, and with the park hopper you can visit one park and move to another if the waits are to long.

When my children were younger we use to visit the parks in the morning and leave after lunch to go back to the hotel for a swim and rest.  We would return to the same park or a different one in the evening feeling refreshed and ready to go!

A third advantage to the park hopper is that it gives you the flexibility to move to a second park if you have finished everything you want to do in one location.  For instance my children are still quite young to spend an entire day at Epcot.  We will visit that park for only half the day and go to Hollywood Studios in the evening for dinner and to watch Fantasmic.

I think you will be happy with the flexibilty the park hopper offers. Have a magical time!
