I am planning at 4 day trip in Sept 2011, 2 days will be travel days, and 2 days at the park. If we do a dining plan how will the meals work on the days we are traveling in, arriving late night and traveling home, leaving early morning?

    Hi Cindy!

With the dining plan, your meal credits are on a per night basis. Since you'll be staying for 3 nights at a Disney resort, you'll have three sets of meals - if you're on the basic dining plan, that will be 1 snack, 1 quick service and 1 table service meal per person per day. These credits are placed on your room key and you can use them in any way that you'd like. If you'd like you can use two table service meals on one day and none the next - its entirely up to you.

Also, since your first night is a travel day you may not want to use a table service meal that first night. If you elect not to use a table credit, you could decide to have a two-credit meal at a restaurant like Cinderella's Royal Table or go to a dinner show like Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue.

Hope this explains how the dining plan works. If I can help out further, just let me know!
