Hello, we are planning a 2-day trip to both Disneyland and California Adventure on Dec 29th and 30th, 2019. When will the park hours be available for these dates?

    Hi Lisa!

Thanks for swinging by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are visiting Disneyland Resort during the Most Wonderful Time of the yEAR, and you are in for a treat! I love that the entire Resort “feels” like Christmas, decked out in its holiday attire, with delicious treats and unique attractions. Nothing puts me more in the holiday spirit than a visit to the Resort!

Typically, Disneyland Resort posts Park Hours about six weeks ahead of time, and you are in luck! The hours for the 29th are on the website now, and I would assume that the 30th’s will be up within a few days. Disneyland Park will be open from 8:00 am to midnight, with Extra Magic Hour and Magic Morning from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. Disney California Adventure Park is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, while Downtown Disney District is accessible from 7:00 am to 2:00 am! I expect the next few days to follow a similar pattern counting down to the New YEAR!

On the Park Hours page, you will also find hours for select showtimes as well as Disney Festival of the Holidays. Lisa, you must take some time to enjoy the festival. Its a multi-cultural take on holiday celebrations, and it is fantastic! The Suffragettes (awesome name for a cover band, huh?!) rock the holidays with covers of favorite hits, while Mostly Kosher celebrates Hannukah through Jazz and Rock! I start listening to Christmas music in November, so the music of the festival is my jam!

If you have any other questions, you know where to find us! I wish you a MAGICAL visit!
