Hi Kaitlin!
Welcome to
planDisney! What an exciting trip you’re planning!
You’re right that once your
advanced dining reservation booking window opens, you can book all of your reservations for up to 10 days of your trip. Since you’ll be enjoying even more time at Disney World, your advanced dining reservations will work on a rolling basis after that. Let’s break it down.
Beginning at 6 AM Eastern, 60 days prior to your check-in date, you’ll be able to make dining reservations for the first 10 days of your trip. The next day, you’ll be able to make dining reservations for the 11th day of your trip. Then the day after that, you’ll be able to make dining reservations for the 12th day of your trip, and so on.
It’s good to note that if you’ll be staying at 2 or more
Disney World resorts during your trip, you’ll have separate booking windows that will begin 60 days prior to each check-in date.
So, let’s say you spend the first half of your trip at one resort and then the second half of your trip at another resort. You’ll be able to make your dining reservations for your first resort length of stay 60 days prior to that resort check-in date. Then your next booking window will open 60 days prior to your second resort check-in date, and you’ll be able to make dining reservations for that length of stay at that time.
With such an extended trip, you’ll have a huge advantage when trying to snag some of the harder-to-get
dining reservations. I recommend planning for those restaurants later on in your trip, if possible, to give yourself the best chance.
I hope that helps! As you continue to plan, let us know if you have any other questions.
