I am planning to take my daughter and her 3 month old infant to Disney World in April..My son is doing an internship with DisneyWorld..ANY advice would be GREAT. Will there be much we can all experience w/o someone always being left holding the baby?

    Hi Connie,

I love Disney in April.  EPCOT is particularly beautiful as the annual Home and Garden Show is in full bloom.  In addition, many high schools participate in a music festival so you can listen to wonderful bands and choral groups.

Your little grandbaby should be able to go on many of the milder attractions.  Granted they may not be ready for Test Track but the Land and Living with the Seas are fine for everyone.  You will find there are many things to do in Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom as well.

Magic Kingdom can provide the baby with their first carpet ride or elephant ride for that matter.  I remember taking my sleeping two year old into the Haunted Mansion.  She slept through the line, the ride and woke up when we were on the boats at Small World. As the boat turned to enter the first room, she woke up and said, "Dollies."  It was priceless.

You also have a built in tour guide with your son so he can help provide information on activities that everyone can do.

    Enjoy your vacation!
