    Planning to take my daughter and grand kids on our first 3 day cruise on the Magic January 2014. Since it is listed as a three day cruise and doesn't leave port till evening on the 24th, how long can we stay on the ship on our returning day?

    Ahoy Leah!
    It sounds like many magical memories will be made for you, your daughter and grandchildren on your Disney Magic Cruise in January!  I always say that memories make the best gifts so I know it will be an unforgettable vacation for your family! 
    Even though the ship sets sail in the evening on embarkation day, my advice is to arrive around lunchtime so you can enjoy this day onboard!  My family just returned from a sailing last week, and we were onboard enjoying lunch around 11:45am!  Port arrival times usually begin at 11:00am and you will be to choose your time when you complete your online check-in 75 days prior to sailing.  By arriving early, you can get your vacation underway as soon as possible!  On the last morning of your cruise, you will be able to enjoy breakfast onboard at around 6:45am (for first seating dinner Guests) or about 8:00am (second seating Guests).  After breakfast you will be asked to disembark the ship as the crew will be busy cleaning and preparing the vessel for the next sailing.
