We are planning to cruise on the Fantasy in December 2014. Our kids will be 8 and 5 at the time of the cruise. Can our 5 year old participate in the Surf's Up Puerto Rico port adventure? He is physically the size of a 7 year old.

It is wonderful to hear from you again! I checked out the Surf's Up! Puerto Rico Port Adventure, and it does look like a lot of fun! The age requirements do start at age six so your five year old will just miss being able to do this opportunity on this particular cruise. Unfortunately, the tour operators set the age requirements so there is no wiggle room for Guests even if they are physically able to take part in the excursion. If your eight year old really wants to give it a try, you can split up and let your five year pick his own adventure in Puerto Rico so that each child gets his choice with one of his parents.
