Ahoy, Linda!
The Alaskan itinerary on the Disney Wonder is on my bucket list. I am sure your family will have a wonderful time!
Your entire sailing party is considered adults, since everyone is over the age of 18. This means that you can plan to partake in the adult-exclusive dining at
Palo with the whole family. What a treat! You will also be able to have some family time around the Quiet Cove Pool and in the adult district in the evenings.
For your 20 year old, there is usually a group of 18-20 year olds that plan some fun things together. It will be listed on the Daily Navigator, and I would highly recommend attending the first night's meet and greet. They often hang out in the evenings together, seeing the entertainment in the adult district. The only thing to note is that your 20 year old will not be served alcohol, which is no different than being at home.
You might consider booking a spa appointment at the
Vista Spa for one or both of your "kids". I am sure they would appreciate a nice hot stone massage and the time to relax on the ship. Who doesn't love being pampered?
And please don't forget that even though you are all adults, on a Disney Cruise, it is all right to act like a kid! Take LOTS of character photos and definitely plan to attend the
Pixar Pals Party. You are creating wonderful family memories that you will treasure forever.
I hope this helps with your Alaskan Cruise planning! Please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel with more questions as your cruise gets closer.
Happy Cruising, Tracy V.
