Hi! Planning a most cost effective trip for 2/8/14-2/16/14. Would our family of 5 be best off getting 2 rooms at ASMovies, or 1 room at Alligator Bayou? Price looks to be similar? We've stayed at AOA & loved it, just looking for best price. Thanks!

    Hi Kelly!

Congratulations on planning your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World!  As you mentioned, you've enjoyed a previous stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, I'm sure you enjoyed the space, amenities and decor!  And the Big Blue Pool is fantastic!

Keep in mind that the five person capacity at Alligator Bayou at Disney's Port Orleans Resort offers two double beds and a small murphy-style bed.  The bed, which converts to a bench during the day is appropriate for a child eight and under as it is much smaller than a traditional bed.  Personally, when it comes connecting rooms, you do have some semblance of privacy, as well as four actual beds, which will allow you to spread out.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
