Hi, We were planning to check in on Sept 2nd because of the Free Dining Plan offer. But then, we decided to make a separate hotel reservation for the 1st and then check in again on the 2nd fot the Dining Plan. Can we claim our park tickets on the Sep 1st?

Hi Valeria! We receive this question frequently here at the Moms Panel since, like you, many guests arrive in the Disney area prior to the start of their vacation packages and wish to pick up their park tickets early. Generally guests are able to pick up their tickets up to three days before the start of their vacation package. You don't mention whether your one-night reservation is at the same resort as your package. If it is, you might be able to pick up your tickets when you check in, but in most cases, you must go to Guest Services at one of the parks. My fellow Moms Panelist Angelo has personal experience picking up tickets early -- check out his answer on picking up tickets prior to the start of a vacation package.

Wishing you a magical September vacation! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
