I am planning to take a carriage ride at Port Orleans in August. Is it customary to tip the driver on top of the $45 fee?

Hi, Dawn!  While there is absolutely no obligation to tip the carriage driver, gratuities are always appreciated.  Most people I have spoken to seem to tip in the $5 to $10 range for their carriage ride.

If I recall correctly, there is no place on your check to add a tip, so if you do think you might want to give your driver a little something extra, it might help to bring cash.

Have a wonderful visit to Port Orleans!
