Disney restaurants (and food in general) are one of my favorite things to talk about. I absolutely love to try new snacks, drinks, and restaurants on each of my visits.
I am also a big fan of budgeting my trips using Disney gift cards. I typically have a couple of cards that I have combined small amounts onto on the
Disney Gift Card website, since the maximum on any card is $1000. Then, I use these cards to pay for all of my treats throughout my vacation. I have never had an issue using a gift card in a restaurant at the Disneyland Resort.
The one place I have sometimes had a little difficulty is a snack cart. It seems like those registers are often offline, and a gift card doesn’t always go through. So, I do carry some cash in my park bag for these instances. No trip to Disneyland is complete for me without a churro and a corn dog from the
Corn Dog Castle!
