Hi there, Marcy! It’s so nice to see you back here at planDisney. Thanks for sending in another great question!
The good news is that if your plans change and you can’t use your tickets in November,
the value of wholly unused tickets never expires. You can apply what you paid toward future tickets of equal or greater value for any available date...and yes, you can also choose a different theme park if you’d like. Just keep in mind that if the new dates have a higher ticket price, you’d simply pay the difference. If the price happens to be lower, there aren’t refunds or credits given.
When you know your new plans, you can make the change right in the
My Disney Experience app, in person at a ticket window, or by
calling Disney and providing your confirmation number. A friendly Cast Member can help transfer the value of your unused tickets to your new visit dates.
I hope you do get to enjoy your November visit, though. The weather is lovely, fall decorations slowly give way to holiday magic, and the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival runs until November 22. If you time it just right, you might even catch the start of the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays at the end of the month.
Here’s wishing you a trip full of magic whenever you go, Marcy, and remember, we’re always “all ears” if you have more questions!
