I am planning on bringing my Hydroflask to the parks for my trip and would love to fill it at my resort (YC) before I leave. Will I be able to fill my bottle with ice and water at the freestyle machines at the resort? I would prefer not to buy a resort cup

    Hiya Taylor,

Welcome to planDisney! It is great to have you here. I hope you are counting down the days to your time at The World's Most Magical Celebration! There are so many new and exciting things to see and do including one of our favorites, the EPCOT nighttime spectacular, Harmonious. You will definitely want to grab one of those great viewing locations around World Showcase Lagoon and check this amazing show out.

One of the most important tips I always give to my family and friends when they are visiting Walt Disney World for the first time is to stay hydrated. The Florida sun is hot and the days are filled with tons of walking. When you are skipping around from one attraction to another, you may not realize how thirsty you have become, so a hydroflask is a great idea. Guests are allowed to bring in any non-glass water bottle, and the great news is there are plenty of locations to fill those water bottles at the parks. You can also request free ice water at any of the quick-service dining locations. Additionally, you will be able to fill your hydroflask with ice and water before leaving your resort and should not have to empty the container when passing through security.

Hopefully this will keep you hydrated and on the move all day long. If you have any additional planning questions, please stop back and see me

Hope to see ya real soon,
    Margaret
